In 2010, prior to becoming a criminal defense lawyer, Melissa Barry joined the Mohave County Attorney’s Office in Kingman, Arizona. She served for 6 years as a high-ranking prosecutor with the Mohave County Attorney’s Office in Kingman, Arizona. During her time there working as a Deputy County Attorney, Melissa prosecuted hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases with an astonishing success rate of 100% - never losing a jury trial.

Raised in a small town in Ohio, Melissa always knew she wanted to be a lawyer. After graduating from law school in 2008, Melissa went straight to work as a prosecutor with the Las Vegas City Attorney’s Office.
